Digital
Strategy
Foreward
Twickenham Prep School is an independent day school for boys
and girls based in Hampton. The School has invested well in
technology over the years and has established a good base from
which to implement a digital strategy for the next five years.
The School has a fully-functioning ICT suite with 20 student PCs,
interactive whiteboard and 40 iPads. The iPads can be borrowed to
allow technology use throughout the curriculum and teachers are
encouraged to make use of these.
Pupils have studied previously Computing with a specific focus on
productivity skills. They have less confidence with Coding specific
skills although a Coding club is offered by a third party company.
The School is now in an excellent position to move into the next
technological phase. With the appointment of a new Head of ICT
and Computing, a fresh and innovative stage is about to unfold.
