I Got Lucky Today

Hi Name is Jack Willson, and I overslept! I was
supposed to be at work by 6:00 a.m., and it was 7:43 a.m.
About 2 years ago, I was late for work about 23 times, and
I got fired, so I try to NEVER be late again. I put my
clothes on as fast as I could for work and I ran to my car.
When I got to my car I remembered that my wife, Jackie
told me to fill up the car with gas, and mow the lawn
before work. Which my wife woke me up the tell him to fill
it up to go to work. Now since I had no gas in the car, I
called my wife and she brought me to work. I got to work
at 8:00 a.m., and I thought my boss, Nick was going to get
mad at him for be 2 hours late. I acted like I was there the
whole time but Nick needed him a while ago because he
wanted to give me a raise from $40 to 50$ every 3 days
because I was working hard.

“Jack Willson to the office for the last time!” Nick and I
talked about me being late for work and about my raises,
and that it was okay because it was my first time. When I
was done with work I went home, filled the car with gas,
and mowed the lawn. My wife was a little bit mad at I
because I didn’t do it in the morning. So I set up 3 alarm.
