A B O U T Greetings! I'm Ar. Kathlene Rose I. De Silva. It is my pleasure to share this portfolio that exhibits the collection of my selected recent works. The portfolio highlights my conceptual planning solutions, Drafting, Project Management, and 3D modeling skills using Sketchup, and rendering using Enscape. It was a great pleasure for me to bring this portfolio together, and I genuinely appreciate your interest and the time taken to view my portfolio.
Education Work Experience Bachelor of Science in Architecture - Batch 2022 Mapua Malayan Colleges of Laguna High School Batch 2015 De La Salle Lipa (2015-2016) & (2020-2021) United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary member • Junior Architect ( Mid to Luxury residentials and Resort ) • Project Management ( House of the Representatives Bldg. - Lobby, Multi-purpose Basketball Court, and Procurement Warehouse at the House of the Representatives of the Philippines ) Neo Arch Development Corporation (Sept 2022 – May 2024) • Help prepare designs, complete construction documents, write up building plans, and assist in the presentation of materials • Collaborate on design projects (create proposals and complete construction paperwork for building) • Coordinate project details (assisting with initial project research and outlining project schedules and tasks) • Generally capable of communicating effectively with clients and working as part of a team. • Assist in producing schematic drawings and full-color renderings to illustrate projects to clients • Assist in creating 3D SketchUp modeling presentations for design proposals • Provide a BIM Model for creating and managing data during the design, construction, and operations process • Conducting site visits to check site progress and measuring areas for as-built plans • Assist in creating project mood board/swatch boards • Project Managing all phases of project implementation such as Planning, Executing, and Monitoring Project Site •Prepare and submit Weekly and Monthly reports in compliance with the approved program of work •Attend and conduct regular and office site coordination meetings with the proponent representative and consultants •Oversee the project from start to finish • Prepare RFIs and RFAs for plan clarification and executions • Coordinating internal resources and suppliers for the flawless execution of projects • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
