Real Estate Sales on the Barrier Island: Aug. 29 to Sept. 4

The barrier island real estate market finished August with a flurry last week with 24 transactions recorded,
including five for more than $1 million.

The top sale of the week was of a riverfront home in Castaway Cove. The residence at 1021 Indian Mound
Trail was placed on the market July 15 with an asking price of $1.995 million. The home sold on Sept. 1 for
$1.84 million.

The seller in the transaction was represented by Cindy O’Dare and Kristin Dobson of Premier Estate
Properties. The purchaser was represented by Troy Westover of Dale Sorensen Real Estate.
