Real Estate Sales on the Barrier Island: Sept. 10 to Sept. 16

Real estate activity on the barrier island picked up the week after Labor Day, with nine properties sold,
including two for more than $4 million.

The top sale of the week was of an oceanfront property in Windsor. The home at 10686 Eton Way was
placed on the market Nov. 19 with an asking price of $5.25 million. The sale closed on Sept. 15 for $4.35
million.

Both the seller and the purchaser in the transaction were represented by Betsy Hanley of Windsor
