Real Estate Sales on the Barrier Island: Sept. 7 to Sept. 13

The barrier island real estate market slowed considerably last week with 7 transactions reported, including
one for more than $1 million.

The top sale of the week was of home in Bethel by the Sea. The residence at 318 Live Oak Road was placed
on the market with Jan. 19 an asking price of $1.595 million. The sale closed on Sept.12 for $1.4 million.

The seller of the home was represented in the transaction by Matilde Sorensen of Dale Sorensen Real
