The island real estate market slowed a bit last week with nine sales reported, including two for
more than $1 million.
The top transaction was of a home directly on the Marina in Marsh Island. The residence at 2945
Marsh Island Lane was placed on the market July 19 for $1.595 million. The sale closed Aug. 10 for
the full asking price.
The seller was represented by Cindy O’Dare and Richard Boga of Premier Estate Properties. The
purchaser was represented by Terry Thompson of Dale Sorensen Real Estate.
