Real Estate Sales on the Barrier Island: August 11 to August 17

Mid-August saw the barrier island real estate market take a breather, with only seven property transactions
recorded.

The top sale of the week was of a waterfront home in Indian Bay. The property at 1616 Indian Bay Drive
was placed on the market Oct. 20, 2015, with an asking price of $1.05 million. The price was subsequently
reduced to $925,000. The sale closed on Aug. 12 for $825,000.

The seller in the transaction was represented by Nial Ingerto & Bebe Grady of Dale Sorensen Real Estate.
The purchaser was represented by Ron Rennick of Rennick Real Estate.
