The final days of April saw the barrier island real estate market record one of its busiest weeks
ever, with 32 transactions including six for more than $1 million.
The top sale of the week was of a home across the street from the beach in Seagrove. The
residence at 255 Ocean Way was listed on Oct. 29 for $2.395 million. The sale closed on April 25
for the $2.275 million.
The seller of the property was represented by Cindy O’Dare and Richard Boga of Premier Estate
Properties. The purchaser was represented by Patty Valdes of Alex MacWilliam, Inc.
