The barrier island real estate market had another relatively quiet week with just 6 transactions reported,
including one for more than $1 million.

The top sale of the week was of a one of a kind penthouse with ocean to river views on top of the Village
Spires in Central Beach. Condo unit PH1-4S at 3554 Ocean Drive was placed on the market February 12th
for $1.475 million. The price subsequently was more recently $1.345 million. The sale closed on October
24th for $1,162,500.
