Real Estate Sales on the Barrier Island: July 26 to Aug. 1

The last full week of July wrapped up a strong summer month for the barrier island real estate market with
12 transactions recorded, including two for more than $1 million.

The top sale of the week was of a home on deep water in The Moorings. The residence at 1840 Cutlass
Cove Drive was placed on the market Jan. 21 with an asking price of $2.695 million. The condo sold on
Aug. 1 for $2.2 million.

The seller was represented in the transaction by Kay Brown and Luke Webb of Premier Estate Properties.
The purchaser was represented by Erika Ross of The Moorings Realty Sales Co.
