The hot summer real estate market on the barrier island took a breather last week, with just 3 transactions
reported including 1 for more than $1 million.
The top sale of the week was of a home in Windsor. The property at 3130 Pond Lane was listed on Jan. 23
for $1.995 million. The sale closed on July 12 for $1.925 million.
The seller of the property was represented by Betsy Hanley and Laurin Pohl of Windsor Properties. The
purchaser was also represented by Pohl.
