recorded, including three for more than $3 million.

Our featured sale of the week was of an oceanfront condo in John’s Island. Unit 3G at 1050 Beach Road was
placed on the market Oct. 16, 2019 for $3.95 million. The residence sold on Sept. 30 for $3.6 million.
