The holiday week was a good one for the barrier island real estate market with 12 transactions recorded,
including three for more than $1 million.
The top sale of the week was of a new waterfront home in Riverside Park. The residence at 3826 Indian
River Drive East was placed on the market Jan. 4th for $2 million. The asking price more recently was $1.75
million. The home sold on July 2 for $1.6 million.
