Real Estate Sales on the Barrier Island: July 8 to July 14

The barrier island real estate market took a time-out last week with just two
transactions reported, including one for more than $1 million.

The top sale of the week was of a new residence across A1A from the ocean in The
Strand at Indian River Shores. The home at 75 Strand Drive was placed on the
market Aug. 19, 2021, for $1.275 million. The asking price more recently was $1.32
million. The sale closed on July 12 for $1.265 million.
