Real Estate Sales on the Barrier Island: July 28 to August 3

Real estate activity on the barrier island remained brisk as a very hot July turned to August, with 12
transactions recorded, including two for more than $1 million.

The top sale of the week was of a two-story home in the Indian Trails community. The home at 691 North
Tomahawk Trail was placed on the market Jan. 19 with an asking price of $1.295 million. The price was
subsequently reduced to $1.275 million. The sale closed on July 29 for $1.195 million.

The seller in the transaction was represented by Sherry Brown of Treasure Coast Sotheby’s. The purchaser
was represented by Kimberly Taylor of Dale Sorensen Real Estate.
