to courageously fight through an 18-month battle with lung cancer.
Kathy leaves a legacy of strength, love and faith.

last week, including seven for more than $1 million.
Our featured sale of the week was of a waterfront residence in Central Beach. The home at 201
Live Oak Road was placed on the market April 13 for $2.5 million. The sale closed on May 14 for
the full asking price.
