The barrier island real estate market turned in a strong June week with 15 transactions recorded, including
four for more than $1 million.

The top sale of the week was of an estate in the Orchid Island Golf & Beach Club. The residence at 429
Indies Drive was placed on the market March 4 for $1.397 million. The sale closed on June 18 for $1.35
million.

Bob Niederpruem of Premier Estate Properties represented the seller in the transaction. The purchaser
was represented by Heidi Levy of Orchid Island Realty.
