Real Estate Sales on the Barrier Island: May 31 to June 6
The barrier island real estate market moved into June with a huge week, with 21 transactions
recorded including three for more than $1 million.
The top sale of the week was of a riverfront estate in Riomar Bay. The residence at 506 River Drive
was placed on the market April 18, 2018, for $5.495 million. It was more recently listed for $4.795
million. The sale closed on May 31 for $4.25 million.
The seller of the property was represented by Cindy O’Dare of Premier Estate Properties. The
purchaser was represented by Dan Downey and Anne Wallace of Berkshire Hathaway Florida.
