Our featured transaction of the week was of a home on a quiet lane in Vero’s South Beach, The
residence at 1556 Smugglers Cove was placed on the market Feb. 24, 2020 for $2.995 million The
asking price more recently was $2.499 million. The sale closed at that price on June 29th.
