The barrier island’s real estate market slowed a bit following the holiday with seven transactions
recorded last week, including two for more than $1 million.
The top sale of the week was of an oceanfront estate in Mariner’s Village. The home at 151
Mariner Beach Lane was listed Nov. 26, 2019 for $2.999 million. The asking price more recently
was $2.949 million. The sale closed on July 6 for $2.65 million.
The seller of the property was represented by Janyne Kenworthy of ONE Sotheby’s International
