The real estate market on the barrier island turned in another strong summer week, with 16
transactions reported, including 3 for more than $1 million.

The top sale of the week was of a home in John’s Island. The property at 601 Sea Oak Drive was
listed on Dec. 28 for $3.475 million. The sale closed on June 29 for $3.2 million.

Both the seller of the property and the purchaser were represented by John’s Island Real Estate.
