The summer real estate market on the barrier island continued to be a bit slow last week, but 3 of the 7
transactions reported were for more than $1 million.

Our featured sale of the week was of a riverfront home in Castaway Cove. The property at 1371 Indian
Mound Trail was listed on Nov. 7, 2017, for $2.15 million. The price was more recently reduced to $1.925
million. The sale closed on July 13 for $1.87 million.

The seller of the property was represented by Jonathan Arsenault of Treasure Coast Sotheby’s. The
