Real Estate Sales on the Barrier Island: June 9 to June 15

The barrier island real estate market surged to life in mid-June with 17 transactions recorded, including
five for more than $1 million.

The top sale of the week was of an oceanfront penthouse in the Orchid Island Golf & Beach Club. Unit
302 at 30 Beachside Drive was placed on the market Nov. 10, 2016 for $2.365 million. The price was
subsequently changed to $2.295 million. The sale closed on June 14 for $2.025 million.

The seller in the transaction was represented by Scott Oberlink and Heidi Levy of Orchid Island Realty. The
purchaser was represented by Peggie Hollinger of Sea Turtle Real Estate.
