Real Estate Sales on the Barrier Island: Dec. 16 to Dec. 22

The last full week before Christmas brought a flurry of condo sales on the barrier island, accounting for 9
of the 13 real estate transactions.

The top sale of the week was of a 4-bedroom condo in the River Club at Carlton. Unit 3B at 801 North
Swim Club Drive was placed on the market Aug. 22 with an asking price of $1.05 million. The sale closed
on Dec. 20 for $975,000.

The seller in the transaction was represented Debbie Bell of Berkshire Hathaway Florida. The purchaser
was represented by Beverly Cambron of Dale Sorensen Real Estate.
