Activity picked up on the regional real estate market in the last full week of September, as 16 single-fam-
ily residences and lots sold from Sept. 25-29 (some shown below).
The top sale of the week in Port St. Lucie was the home at 11741 SW Rossano Lane. First listed in July for
$449,000, this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2,838-square-foot house fetched $445,000 on Sept. 29.
The week’s next-best sale was the residence at 10689 SW Visconti Way. Originally listed last December
for $479,000, the 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2,326-square-foot abode sold for $412,000 on Sept. 28.
