Real Estate Sales on the Barrier Island: Dec. 20 to Dec. 26

The final full week of the year saw the barrier island real estate market take time out for the holidays with
only five transactions reported, including two for more than $1 million.

The top sale of the week was of a waterfront home in The Moorings. The residence at 1955 Windward Way
was listed June 10 for $1.75 million. The price was subsequently lowered to $1.65 million. The sale closed
on Dec. 20 for $1.4275 million.
