anywhere else!”

Dear Joe,
Just a little note with a BIG thank you for the

service you have provided for me over the past twelve
years on my hearing aids. I realize that anyone can
sell the instruments but, few follow up on the service
that is necessary.
As a former business education teacher I always told my class that a successful
business could always be traced to providing a good product and more importantly prompt
and efficient service after the sale. Your business not only meets but goes further on both
criteria and I feel fortunate to be one of your satisfied customers.

So thank you again from a 93 year old, World War II Navy Combat Veteran.

Sincerely, Russell Stetser

No divers were in the water when the Voici

be available in the near future. Three drones
also flew overhead during the sinking, catch-

The freighter is expected to quickly be-

marine life. It will also serve as a test site for a
lionfish device meant to attract the invasive
species in the hope that someday the device
could be modified to trap the critters and rid
the waters of them.

Vivi Pipes, 10, watched Voici Bernadette

1 I remember flying home
from New York late one 4th
of July and watching fireworks
displays all up and down the
coast. I especially recall how im-
pressive St. Lucie County’s was.
And that probably hasn’t changed.
This Thursday, FreedomFest and
Stars Over St. Lucie gets under
way at 4 p.m. at the Port St. Luc-
ie Civic Center. Music is always a
big part of this traditional event,
leading right up to the climac-
tic fireworks. This year DJ (and
FreedomFest emcee) Jeff Brown
from iHeart Media will keep the
air filled with Top 40 dance mu-
sic, and the Checkmate Band will
be playing live as well. Of course,
there will be all the requisite festi-
val kids’ activities, vendors and a
plethora of food choices. Times: 4
p.m. to 10 p.m. Fireworks at 9 p.m.
Rain or shine.

The only chance was to find East with four spades. Then if the suit was played without loss,

If East had four spades to his partner’s two, he was twice as likely to hold the spade jack. So
South bravely played a spade to his nine. When it won, he cashed the spade ace, led a club
to the king and pitched his three low diamonds on the spades to sneak home.
