Real Estate Sales on the Barrier Island: Dec. 15 to Dec. 21

The week before Christmas saw continued strong real estate activity on the barrier island with 11
transactions recorded, one for more than $5 million.

The top sale of the week was of a riverfront home in John’s Island. The residence at 45 Dove Plum Road
was placed on the market March 31 with an asking price of $6,475,000. The sale closed on Dec. 15 for
$5,650,000.

Both the seller and the purchaser in the transaction were represented by John’s Island Real Estate.
