The last week of May was another banner week for the barrier island real estate market ,with 20
transactions recorded, including seven for more than $1 million.

The top sale of the week was of a classic Old Riomar estate with golf and ocean views. The property at
989 Bay Oak Lane was placed on the market May 19, 2016, for $3.45 million. The price was subsequently
reduced to $2.85 million. The sale closed on June 1 for $2.6 million.
