Case History
2.5 year old male
Excessive crying and pain in abdomen
Diarrhoea and now bleeding per rectum since 6 hours

Findings & Diagnosis
• Focal cystic outpouching in right Iliac fossa as marked
exophytic luminal distension in the region of terminal
ileum along its anti-mesenteric border, with width
measuring 22 mm and length 19 mm.
• Marked Internal echoes with layering and wall
thickening.
• It is seen at antimesenteric border of ileum.
• Appendix is distinct from the above mentioned Lesion
