➢ We generally used the word “stress” when we feel that
everything seems to have become too much. Some stress
get you going and they ae good for you. Without any stress
at all many say our lives would be boring and would
probably feel pointless. However, when the stresses
undermine both our mental and physical health they are
bad.

The word “stress” is used by different people to mean different things. The
Oxford Advanced Leaner’s Dictionary defines stress as tension, pressure, or
worry resulting from problems in one’s life. Tim Rogers defines stress as the
feeling of not being able to cope with problems or potential in one’s life.

Stress is a feeling that people have when they are struggling to cope with
challenges related:

• Exercise regularly will help our body and mind to relax. It also will
help you to keep your body healthy. We have to exercise at least 10
minutes per day to see how it’s works.

• Well balanced diet will help you to feel better in general. You
should take a full meals it means vegetable, fruit, whole grain,
and lean protein for energy. Moreover, don’t skip your meal it
will increase your stress.

• Getting enough sleep is very important. It will keep your body
and mind fresh. It means it will help you to recharging and
dealing with stressful situations in the possible ways.

• Spent time fot yourself such as having some vacation, do your
hobbies to make yourself happy and free from the problems. It will
keep you out from stressful lives and situasion.
