Pristine Peaks Roof Cleaning and More, Inc. is a Roof and Exterior Soft Washing contractor
that specializes in roof cleaning using a safe, eco-friendly product that makes asphalt and
fiberglass shingles look new again. Pristine Peaks also offers exterior Soft Washing services to
clean virtually any exterior surface on residential and commercial properties. Our company
is a veteran owned, family operated business which is founded on values that promote
honesty, teamwork, safety, communication, and excellent customer service.

It is our goal to become the premier Roof and Exterior Soft Washing business in the New

River Valley and, in doing so, corner the market and introduce a dimension of cleaning services

that do not currently exist in this area! It is not well known by the general public that, more

The company was borne of an inspiration from Anthony
Meredith who is a retired combat veteran with 22 years’
service in the Virginia Army National Guard with 2 overseas
deployments. A 25-year employee in law enforcement,
he also has experience in lawn care, residential electrical work, deck building and cleaning,
residential exterior cleaning, and residential interior construction.

Anthony’s wife, Tammy Meredith, is an active partner in the company who has over 30 years of
customer service experience, 15 years of sales experience, and the installation of residential
and commercial hardscapes, as well as experience in the nursery and landscape industry.

With more than 30 years of combined leadership and management experience based on
positive communication skills, customer service, and can-do attitudes, Pristine Peaks Roof
Cleaning & More is committed to ensure our customers receive friendly, trustworthy, and
professional service from first contact until the job is complete, and beyond.

Reality Rope Access Training in Houston, Texas.

Doug Rucker’s School of Power Washing, Soft
Washing and Roof Cleaning. This training has
given us the knowledge necessary to provide
premier exterior surface cleaning services to our
customers.
• We are members of the United Association of
Mobile Cleaning Contractors (UAMCC) and the
Pressure Washing Resource Association (PWRA), in
order to stay informed of the latest industry
equipment, methods and standards.

Thank you for allowing us to professionally clean your roof and provide you with our 3-year Limited Roof Warranty! Pristine Peaks Roof Cleaning & More
will provide the necessary service to prevent the return of algae, black mold streaks, moss, and lichen for up to 3 years from the original date of cleaning.

This warranty covers asphalt shingles, concrete tile, clay tile, and slate roof surfaces that are of the proper pitch, with no water pooling on the roof’s
surface, and not directly shaded by trees within 8’. If, at any time during your 3-year warranty period, you notice the return of any organisms listed

above, Pristine Peaks Roof Cleaning & More will return to spot clean, and, if necessary, re-clean your entire roof.
This warranty does not cover new or replacement roofing not originally treated by Pristine Peaks Roof Cleaning & More, and is not offered for partial roof

cleaning services. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the roof free of debris at all times, as well as tree limbs trimmed away at least eight feet from
the roof surface. Green Mustard Algae is not covered for retreatment. This spot-free limited warranty is completely transferable to the new owner in the

event the property is sold during the warranty period. If property conditions change in such a way as to alter the surface of the roof, or to create
circumstances outside the realm of our roof cleaning process, Pristine Peaks Roof Cleaning & More reserves the right to void this warranty.
