With more than three decades as a Realtor, Susie
Pearson has had an incredible career.

She has built an enduring brand by providing
clear, stable, and thoughtful advice to her many
clients. “My No. 1 priority is to meet my clients’
needs by offering professional, informative service
that assists them in making smart decisions,”
Pearson says. “It does not matter if I’m working
with an individual, a couple, or a family – my goal

Pearson has collaborated with buyers and
sellers on several new developments throughout
her 33 years in the industry. She has helped them
purchase and sell residences ranging from one-
bedroom condos to multimillion-dollar estates.
“My strongest asset is my wealth of knowledge
about the city’s neighborhoods,” Pearson says. “I
bring this to the table in a way that not all Realtors
can.” In addition to her insights into neighborhood
sales and inventory, Pearson stays abreast of
city happenings to share those updates with her
clients. “One of my greatest joys is being able to
help people find their ideal home – a place where
they will raise their families, entertain their friends,
and ultimately, build their lives; so, understanding
city life is just a part of what I do.”

Pearson has always been a hardworking
saleswoman. She first got her start in the fashion
industry at The Apparel Center. During her time
there, Pearson purchased her first home. She
enjoyed the experience so much she decided
to transition from retail to real estate. While real
estate is and always will be her passion, Pearson
is also devoted to cooking. In fact, she studied
full-time at the Le Cordon Bleu in 2008, and is an
accredited chef. She brings her knowledge of food
and food presentation into her real estate career.
“I love hosting housewarming parties for my clients
after a closing, and I do all of the catering myself,”
Pearson says. “I think that extra, personal touch
makes a world of difference!”

With career sales exceeding $200 million,
Pearson has received multiple industry
recognitions, including the @properties
Founders Award for top producers. Furthermore,
Pearson is consistently ranked in the top 1

friends and family as she is a recent graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, where she pursued her other
passion by procuring her culinary degree in 2009.

I relocated with my family to downtown Chicago this winter from New York and luckily found Susie when I
saw a listing of hers online that was beautifully photographed. After calling her and letting her know when
we would be in town, she immediately started sending me listings and set up days to show us properties
all over downtown. The long distance and the two months before we would arrive didn’t dissuade her from
helping us. This was very important to me since we only had limited time during our visit. We had to
make the most of that time by sorting out what we wanted ahead of time, especially since this was our
first time purchasing a condo. Susie found us a great neighborhood that fit our needs and an incredible
and unique apartment which I could not have imagined. She made things happen fast, found us a great
lawyer, home inspector and helped us get the deal and the result we wanted. And two months after

As the child of two prominent Chicago REALTORS®, Wyatt’s interest in real estate was
cultivated from an early age. Wyatt’s life-long exposure to the industry has provided him with a

Wyatt graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign with a degree in
Psychology. During his tenure there, Wyatt developed and honed deep analytical skills that when
combined with his gregarious nature and intimate knowledge of Chicago, make him an immeasurably

With this experience in hand, Wyatt joined @properties to fulfill his dreams of becoming
Chicago’s premier agent. By the end of his first year, Wyatt had already represented multiple listing

of business. Recently, Wyatt joined the prestigious Pearson Group to continue his personal growth

Carol Barron’s family has lived in Chicago for four generations, so city living truly runs through
her veins. She was raised in Rogers Park, currently lives in Lincoln Park, and has family in nearly
every pocket of the city!

After graduating college, Carol began her career in advertising, married her husband, and
raised their two children. For over 30 years, Carol has been instrumental to her husband’s development
company which they own and operate. Together, they have made their mark on almost every aspect of
real estate – from industrial to retail to commercial to residential. Whether she was designing custom
closets or managing office space, Carol has played an active role in their success. Needless to say, the
real estate business is a family affair.

Every summer for the past 20 years, Carol has also co-chaired a fundraiser for Tourette
Syndrome, a cause that is very personal to her family. Her kids are now grown, and she is excited to
see where this new chapter will take her next.

In September of 2014, my husband and I decided to buy a condo in Chicago near the lake. We started looking at
online listings and noticed that Susie Pearson was showing a townhouse in our apartment complex. We didn’t have a
REALTOR® in mind so we contacted Susie. She was immediately responsive to us and we met to go over the things we
were looking for in a home and what our budget was. She was very professional and began to set up showings for us
in a range of locations and sizes. This really helped us pare down exactly what we wanted (or did not want) in a home.

Susie is extremely knowledgeable about so many real estate details and also very professional in her interactions
with us. She would schedule several showings, pick us up and we felt that she really took care of us, but also that she

what we were looking for. We would also send her listings we found online and she was always willing to help. We never
felt any pressure from her to make quick decisions or that she was trying to push any property on us. We got a call from
Susie on October 31, 2014 about a property that had just been listed and we should look at it that day. We did and it was
exactly what we were looking for! Susie went over all of the condo/building details (along with the listing REALTOR®)
and we made an offer on the condo the next day. Susie was fabulous with the offer / contract negotiations and we had
complete trust in her. We closed on our home in early December 2014. We are forever grateful that Susie was our real
