there, Pearson purchased her first home. She

to transition from retail to real estate. While real
estate is and always will be her passion, Pearson
is also devoted to cooking. In fact, she studied
full-time at the Le Cordon Bleu in 2008, and is an
accredited chef. She brings her knowledge of food
and food presentation into her real estate career.

In September of 2014, my husband and I decided to buy a condo in Chicago near the lake. We started looking at
online listings and noticed that Susie Pearson was showing a townhouse in our apartment complex. We didn’t have a
realtor in mind so we contacted Susie. She was immediately responsive to us and we met to go over the things we were
looking for in a home and what our budget was. She was very professional and began to set up showings for us in a
range of locations and sizes. This really helped us pare down exactly what we wanted (or did not want) in a home. Susie
