SWOT

From the work of 4 progressives, there are always
many hurdles or problems to interfere with. But there
are good things that come into work as well.

Therefore, there are SWOTs for 4 progressions as
follows :

SWOT of Progress 1

Strengths : I can do projects in my spare time, because I am doing the project alone.

I can quickly find information to project, from online network sources.
For example : Website providing knowledge in Thailand or from abroad, YouTube, etc.

Weaknesses : I don't know much about IPA Phonetic because only having heard from another teacher.
Opportunities : I was able to inquire about IPA Phonetic from my friend, because she learned about an English

teacher. So, she knows the content well.

Threats : I'm afraid I can't pronounce IPA phonetic correctly, because I try to practice pronunciation on YouTube

before. But the result came out that I couldn't pronounce clearly.

SWOT of Progress 2

Strengths : I thought I had pretty good video editing skills. So in Stage 4: Evaluation and Making Decision,

I made some adjustments to the work plan, to make the work come out better.

Weaknesses : Wi-Fi networks are often not good. When recording videos I have to record several times.

Resulting is a very slow performance. (I often record videos from Loom sites that need an internet connection.)

Opportunities : From the IPA word search and add it to the category table (In Stage 2 Synthesizing).

I was able to find them on the translation site . So, I saved a lot more time than converting all the words myself.

Threats : Due to the problem of internet signal for most of the week. So, I am afraid that I will not be able to

make the presentation clip on the deadline.

SWOT of Progress 3

Strengths : I have good editing skills and creating effects for video clips. Especially, the situation in

Stage 4: Evaluation & Making Decision.
And I am confident that my performance in Situation 1 has to be good and realistic.

Weaknesses : My IPA phonetic pronunciation is quite a problem, Because I often forget how some words

are pronounced correctly.

Opportunities : Some words in conversation that I often forget, I was able to find a way to pronounce

the words on the internet. such as : Google, Thai translation website, etc.

Threats : Although I have examples of correct pronunciation of words, some of them are not pronounced

correctly, because I can't imitate the accent.

SWOT of Progress 4

Strengths : I was able to put my video editing skills to work effectively. As a result, Situation 2 was

effective as well. Including dialogue between two people (Which uses the same actor), it is realistic and
not stuck.

Weaknesses : I am the only member of the group. So, I have a problem if my friend is busy or doesn't have

time to help. And if such a situation occurs, I won't be able to film the rest of the situation (like situation 4).

Opportunities : Fortunately, I designed a simulation where I could shoot video clips myself, from 2 of

4 situations.

Threats : In the situation 4, if my friends busy or don't have time to help. May causes the video clip of this

situation not finished. As a result, my project may not be completed as scheduled.

Progress + SWOT 4 52

In conclusion, although I have many obstacles in
my work. For example: the issue of internet signal,
Inability to pronounce words according to the IPA
clearly, the absence of a team to shoot certain
situations, etc.

But I was able to overcome those problems with my
strengths and the opportunities that always come in.
Finally, I was able to complete the progress.
