Pav bhaji (Marathi : पाव भाजी) is a fast food dish from India consisting of a
thick vegetable curry (bhaji) served with a soft bread roll (pav). Its origins are

in the state of Maharashtra.

EXPERIENCE

ASHWIKA KAPOOR - I love cooking and by this work I learned how to prepare Pav Bhaji. I learned
the process and the ingredients used in making pav bhaji. That day I also realized that my mother
work all day long in the kitchen for doing the household work in these hot summer days. My family
members got surprised when they eat the Pav Bhaji made by me.

PRIYODARSHINI DAS - I had a great time making the Pav Bhaji. Pav Bhaji is famous in Mumbai and I
have never made it before so this was my first time making it. I first toasted the burns with the help
of my mother. For making the Bhaji I helped my mother cut tomatoes, potatoes and another
vegetables for the curry, it took about 30 minutes to make the Bhaji. My family really appreciate me
for making the Pav Bhaji and also really like to eat the Pav Bhaji. It was a wonderful experience

PINAAK BATHLA - My experience was fabulous. I really enjoyed making the dish. The main thing to
make this is the right proportion of salt balance because when you boil the vegetables in water then
you add salt also when you cook bhaji you add butter, and butter also have salt so basically we have
to balance the taste. I really enjoyed making Pav Bhaji this was the very first time I made this and
over all it came out well.

Of course I didn't made it alone I took help of my mother she did the work of fire and I did the
chopping so we did a team work and made
