CLUBHOUSE EXPANSION

The clubhouse at Ironhorse will be expanding with a 5400 square feet event space, equipped with
state of the art audio visual amenities, beautiful interior space, and a deck overlooking Hole #2.
The new space will allow Ironhorse, one of the premier public golf courses in the region,
room to host larger golf events to include not only players but sponsors and volunteers.

The Troon management staff is prepared to offer a variety of food and beverage options to make any
event a success. Construction has begun with an anticipated completion date of June 1, 2017.

■ Prime Time. Monday - Thursday, 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Friday-Saturday, 2 hour minimum, 8:00 pm -12:30 am
Sunday, 10:00 am-10:00 pm
■ Non-Prime Time. Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 2 hour minimum
■ P arty*** is defined as a Shower, Graduation Party, Family Reunion or other events that are not business or fund-
raiser related.
■ Stated hourly rates include basic room set-up (i.e. tables, chairs). A minimum $50/per hour charge will apply to
custom set-ups.
■ I D and/or physical address confirmation wil be required to be eligible for Leawood Resident rates.
■ C ivic rates available only to non-profit entities with valid 501(c) status. Address confirmation required for Leawood
Resident Civic rates.
■ A ll food and beverage must be ordered and purchased through Ironhorse. Cash Bar, Open Bar and combination
options are available.
■ A completed reservation form, security deposit of $500 and valid credit card are required to hold your date.
RENTAL INFORMATION DEFINITIONS
■ Leawood Resident. An individual whose primary living domicile is inside the City limits (Leawood address).
■ N on-Resident. An individual whose primary living domicile is outside the City limits.
■ B usiness. When the rental group charges registration fees; or when company business is conducted.
■ Leawood Civic or Not-for-Profit. An organization who meets the Internal Revenue Service qualifications for
501(c)(3) status.
■ N on-Leawood Civic or Not-for-Profit. An organization with an office outside Leawood city limits and who meets
the Internal Revenue Service qualifications for 501(c)(3) status.
