Mandarin Chinese is the official and national language of China. Mandarin is a
collection of related Chinese dialects that are understood by no one else in the
country. It belongs to the family of Sino-Tibetan languages. The official language of
Mainland China is referred to as the "Beij
ing Dialect". Hunanese, Fujianese, and
Taiwanese are just a few of the many languages and dialects that are spoken in China
in addition to its official language of Mandarin. Both the Simplified and Traditional
Chinese character sets are used when writing in each of these languages. This is
comparable to how the Latin alphabet is used in English, Spanish, French, Dutch,

German, and Italian (A, B, C, D, etc.).

wisely so that we could complete the assignment within the time given.

We also would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to our Mandarin's lecturer, Miss Ng

Peipei for giving us guidelines, teach us, and spent her time although just for awhile for
