Sandiaga Uno MENPAREKRAF Dalam siaran persnya mengenai ADWI 2023, Sandiaga Uno selaku Memparekraf berupaya membangkitkan ekonomi dan membuka lapangan kerja seluas-luasnya melalui pembangunan destinasi wisata berbentuk pengelolaan desa wisata di Indonesia. Adapun desa wisata saat ini merupakan salah satu program Pemerintah Kota Semarang yang ditujukan untuk mengatasi masalah ekonomi yang dialami masyarakat desa dengan mengembangkan potensi dan keunikan pada masing-masing desa di wilayah Kota Semarang serta dalam pelaksanaannya melibatkan keikutsertaan dan kemampuan masyarakat lokal. Program Desa Wisata merupakan suatu model pengembangan wisata dengan memanfaatkan potensi dalam bentuk pengembangan pariwisata dengan tetap memperhatikan aspek kehidupan yang sudah ada. Memasuki 2023, Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenparekraf) mencanangkan pengembangan desa wisata merujuk pada konsep sustainable tourism atau pariwisata berkelanjutan. Sandiaga Uno MENPAREKRAF On his press release regarding the Indonesian Tourism Village Award (ADWI) 2023, Sandiaga Uno as Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy seeks to revive the economy and create the widest possible employment opportunities through the development of tourist destinations in the form of managing tourism villages in Indonesia. Tourism Village is currently one of the Semarang City Government programs aimed at overcoming the economic problems experienced by rural residents by developing the potential and uniqueness of each village in the Semarang City area and in its implementation involving the participation and capabilities of rural residents. The Tourism Village Program is a tourism development model by utilizing potential in the form of tourism development while still paying attention to existing aspects of life. Entering 2023, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) has launched the development of tourism villages referring to the concept of sustainable tourism. Page 5 INTRODUCTION
In overcoming it, an active role from the government and residents is needed to produce a solution by realizing the potential utilization of natural, cultural, and human-made tourist attractions with the support of attractions, accommodation, and other facilities in the Semarang City. Page 6 This is expected to improve the welfare of the rural residents as well as introduce local culture to tourists from outside the region. one of the pioneer tourism villages in Semarang City that has the potential to increase tourism utilization is Jamalsari Tourism Village. Jamalsari Tourism Village located in Kedungpane, Mijen District, Semarang City.
Page 7 Desa Wisata Jamalsari adalah sebuah desa yang berada di wilayah Kelurahan Kedungpane, Kecamatan Mijen, Kota Semarang. Tampak di tepi barat desa wisata ini terdapat Kawasan Waduk Jatibarang dan objek wisata Goa Kreo yang menjadi sisi unik ketika anda mengunjungi desa wisata Jamalsari. Awal didirikannya desa wisata ini merupakan inisiatif dari penduduk setempat yang ingin memanfaatkan potensi alam disekitar Waduk Jatibarang. Sehingga warga lokal sepakat untuk mengelola desa Jamalsari agar menjadi suatu destinasi yang dapat dikenal oleh wisatawan. Hingga pada tahun 2016, Pemerintah Kota Semarang menetapkan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS) Desa Jamalsari menjadi suatu desa wisata. Selain pemandangan sekitar desa yang memukau, mata pencaharian warga setempat yang berbeda-beda membuat warga beserta pengelola desa sepakat agar Desa Wisata Jamalsari menyediakan kegiatan yang sekaligus menjadi wadah edukasi bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung. Hal ini membuat kegiatan sehari-hari warga setempatlah yang menjadi Paket Wisata desa wisata ini. Beberapa kegiatan tersebut adalah mengikuti kegiatan UMKM yang dimiliki oleh beberapa warga setempat seperti produksi Telur asin, kampung labu, tape singkong, jamu, dan onde-onde, dll. Page 8 Selain itu, terdapat warga yang bermata pencaharian sebagai pengrajin seperti sablon & membatik, peternak, petani dan lain sebagainya. Sehingga wahana yang tersedia pada desa tersebut hanyalah penunjang dan fokus wisatawan lebih kepada kegiatan dari mata pencaharian warga setempat tersebut. Desa Wisata Jamalsari juga sangat identik dengan warga setempatnya yang masih melestarikan kebudayaan Indonesia. Hal ini terlihat dengan kegiatan kirab budaya, pasar Pereng Bedugul, dan membatik yang menjadi kegiatan rutin tahunan desa Jamalsari. Tak lupa pentas seni Kredo Budhoyo dan kuda lumping yang menjadi kesenian khas Jamalsari masih dilestarikan bahkan oleh anak-anak warga setempat. Kegiatan Mandiri selain paket wisata juga dapat wisatawan nikmati seperti keliling waduk jatibarang menggunakan perahu, memancing, melihat kera, mengunjungi pasar, atau sekedar menikmati matahari terbenam di Bukit Cinta. Semua dapat wisatawan nikmati dengan tiket masuk hanya dengan Rp.3000.
Page 9 Jamalsari Tourism Village is a village located in the Kedungpane Village, Mijen District, Semarang City. On the western edge of this tourism village there is the Jatibarang Reservoir area and the Kreo Cave tourist attraction which is a unique side when you visit the Jamalsari tourist village. The establishment of this tourism village was initiated by local residents who wanted to take advantage of the natural potential around the reservoir. So, the local residents agreed to manage Jamalsari village to becomes a destination that can be recognized by tourists. Until 2016, the Government of Semarang City determined Jamalsari Village to become a tourism village. Besides to the beautiful views around the village, the different livelihoods of the local residents have made the residents and village managers agree that the Jamalsari Tourism Village will provide activities that are also an educational forum for visiting tourists. So, this Tour Package consists of various kinds of daily activities of the local Jamalsari residents. Some of these activities are participating in MSME activities owned by several local residents such as the production of salted eggs, Kampung Labu, fermented cassava, herbs, onde-onde, etc. JAMALSARI TOURISM VILLAGE
Page 10 Moreover, there are aresidents who make a living as craftsmen such as screen printing, batik, breeders, farmers, and so on. So that, the vehicles in the village are just support facilities and the focus of tourists is more on the activities of the local residents' livelihoods. Jamalsari Tourism Village is also very synonymous with its local residents who still preserve Indonesian culture. This can be seen from the cultural carnival activities, Pereng Bedugul market, batik painting which are the annual routine activities of Jamalsari village. Also the Kredo Budhoyo art performances and lumping horse which is Jamalsari's signature art that still being preserved even by the childrens of the local residents. Apart from tour packages, the tourists can also enjoy self activities, such as going around the Jatibarang reservoir by boat, fishing, seeing monkeys, visiting the market, or just enjoying the sunset at Bukit Cinta. All tourists can enjoy with an entrance ticket of only IDR 3,000.

USAHA MIKRO, KECIL, DAN MENENGAH UMKM Sebagian mata pencaharian warga setempat adalah UMKM makanan maupun kerajinan tangan. Melalui mata pencaharian inilah Desa Wisata Jamalsari memfasilitaskan wisatawan untuk ikutserta kegiatan sehari-hari warga sekitar sekaligus dapat memberikan edukasi mempraktikkan proses pembuatan suatu UMKM melalui kegiatan warga setempat tersebut. MSME MICRO, SMALL, AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISE Some of the livelihoods of local residents are food and handicraft MSMEs. It is through this livelihood that the Jamalsari Tourism Village facilitates tourists to participate in the daily activities of local residents while at the same time being able to provide education in practicing the process of creating an MSME through the activities of the local residents. KULINER Merupakan minuman yang dibuat dari bahan godokan 13 macam rempah seperti: jahe, serai, kunyit, kayu manis, daun pandan, dll. Selain bir plethok, terdapat juga jahe plethok dan susu plethok. Merupakan makanan ringan sejenis kerupuk yang terbuat dari singkong dibentuk secara tipis dan bulat besar kemudian digoreng. CULINARIES There are several kinds of typical traditional culinaries served at Jamalsari Tourism Village such as: Page 16 It is a typical food of the Jamalsari Tourism Village which contains rice with stir-fried plantain heart, then wrapped in banana leaves. Nasi Jantung Raja This drink is made from 13 kinds of spices, such as: ginger, lemongrass, turmeric, cinnamon, pandan leaves, etc. Apart from plethok beer, there is also plethok ginger and plethok milk. Beer Plethok Cassava Crackers It is a kind of cracker snack made from cassava which is formed in a thin and large round then fried.
