for Applicant/Student.

Home page of the application
Applicant should click on registration option available on home page shown as below.

Applicant has two options
Option 1:- Adhaar OTP based registration wherein user updates his Adhaar number , clicks on
Adhaar based registration check box. OTP will be generated and sent on registered mobile
number of the applicant. Applicant will update the OTP received to complete the Adhaar based
registration process.

Option 2:- Applicant who do not have adhaar authenticated mobile number will update the
below details and click on save button.

On successful registration applicant will get login details on registered mobile number,
Login id is "mobile number" and password is registered password.

User Logins through the below screen ie home page.
Post login below page will be displayed, applicant clicks on "Application" tab.

Clicking Application tab below screen will be displayed.
Applicant has two options for application

1. Hostel
2. Swayam
Applicant should select the option which he intend to select, the Application (new/renew) for
hostel admission and click on Proceed tab.

Applicant fills the application form with all the required detail and saves the application.

On saving the application successfully applicant gets success message and notification on
registered mobile number.
Now applicant has to upload documents by clicking on upload documents button.

Applicant has to select the document name, click on choose file and upload document to upload
the documents. All documents are mandatory to be uploaded.

On successful upload of document below screen is displayed.

To print application form applicant has to click on view form.

At the end of the application form print form button is available where form can be printed.
To edit document user should click on edit form option and to edit document user should click on edit
documents option.
