Summary


I am a registered Counsellor by profession. I became a
School Counsellor because I have a passion for working
with children and making a posi ve difference in their
lives.


My exper se and offerings include the following:
I provide individual and group counselling services, to meet the needs
of learners experiencing various difficul es, such as grief and loss,
abuse, neglect, anxiety, bullying, divorce, anger management, etc.

Psycho-educa onal workshops on various topics such as bullying,
self-esteem, alcohol and drug abuse, building happy and healthy
rela onships with teachers, to name a few.

I consult with learners, parents and teachers to assist in mee ng the
needs of all learners.

We also took the U13A cricketers on a teambuilding
exercise to Hobbiton, we hosted an U11 Cricket Festival
that brought the likes of Union and St Andrew’s Bloem,
(our U11 Cricketers won against this formidable team!),
we broke our seasons long drought of losing at the Cape
Schools’ Cricket Festival in 2019 by winning 3 out of our 4
matches and of course, the award of Blue Chip Status to
our school by CSA is a great honour and milestone! I don’t

You are right, Mr Knoetze! Tom's Dojo is blessed to have
many talented kids and each one of them is very special to
me. We have only attended our Nationals and the Friendly
All Styles Tournament this year. We won many medals from
only 2 tournaments and we were complimented on our
talented kids. Many people came to compliment us on their
behaviour and lively spirit. We also have been blessed to
have our very own bus. Thank you to Mr Pike and to all
parents who fund-raised over many, many years. Our fund-
raising account had the exact amount of money we needed to
purchase the bus. 2019 has been a year of fun and joy for
