It’s Good to Have Reservations!

There are lots of good reasons why making a
reservation at the Corral Grill makes sense. A
reservation assures you of seating when you
arrive and that any special accommodations
you need are in place. A reservation for Sun-
day Brunch means you receive a free Mimosa.
And a reservation for Prime Rib Night means
we know you’re coming and that there will be
plenty of ribs available.

Reservations are also available for Block
Party Happy Hours, Birthday Parties, Game Nights, Christmas Par-
ties, Weddings, Lunch or Dinner with Friends or any other occasion that
is important to you.

Reservations work for Home Delivery too! Residents who want to
eat at home or invite friends and neighbors over for a meal can simply
call before 11:00 a.m. and get their orders delivered between 1:30 and
4:00 p.m. Be sure to specify whether you’re requesting lunch delivery
or dinner delivery.

Reservations also help the Corral Grill staff. Knowing who’s coming
means being better equipped to coordinate workers, prepare food and
stock inventory. Making home deliveries during the afternoon when
the Grill has few customers makes good economic sense. And having
a count on the number of Sunday dine-in guests and take-out orders
enables our chefs to decide how many expensive Prime Ribs to cook.

Plus, there’s always the bottom line for us as HOA members: Reserva-
tions for the Corral Grill and Home Delivery help minimize labor costs
and food wastage … and keep prices low for residents.

So have reservations! Call 972-886-4700 Extension 114!

….One Household At A Time

HERITAGE RANCH ach year on this date, Heritage Ranch shows its gratitude to those
VETERANS DAY who have served our great country through military service. Words,
TRIBUTE 2019 music and photos only begin to express our thankfulness for the
time these men and women devoted their lives to protect the United States.
Monday, November 11 at 7 p.m. Yet, words, music and photos are a powerful reminder of all it has taken to
keep our country safe and inspire our deep patriotism. And it is through these
media that we celebrate our Veterans’ contributions to all we hold dear.
Our theme for this year’s event, as selected by the Heritage Ranch Veterans
Day Program Committee, highlights the contribution submarines made
in protecting our country. Entitled “Silent Service,” the program will be led
by resident Lucien Napier. He will present information collected by resident
Claude Canterbury, a Navy submariner who researched the topic and owns a
miniature collection of U.S. submarines.
Also included in the program is a slide presentation – created by Lucien
Napier – of the individual Heritage Ranch Veterans as they appeared at the
time of their service. An In Memoriam segment, led by Guy Wormald, will
honor the Veterans we have lost in the past year.
The Heritage Ranch Chorale will sing patriotic songs, including the ever-
popular “Salute to the Armed Forces,” with Veterans in attendance standing
when their branch of service hymn is sung.
The Fairview First Responders will present the colors, with Ed O’Keeffe to
lead the Pledge of Allegiance. The sounding of Taps by Al McGee will cap
the program.

Please plan to join your friends and neighbors on November 11, at
7 p.m., in the Ballroom, as Heritage Ranch honors its Veterans.

This is the first in an occasional series of articles with helpful health

The information shared here is drawn from personal experience
and information that’s readily available for consumers. It does not
