Space for Sale Ordering Your Food, Your Way
Call 972-396-8855
It’s all thought through: nutrition, variety, vegetarian dishes,
or email [email protected] fresh food, healthy choices and good taste are front and center
for ad rates and sizes. when it comes to planning a new menu for the Corral Grill.
18 Ranch Reporter | October 2019 Also important are considerations like cost, food availability,
preparation time and staff training. And every time a new menu is
introduced, surveys are done on each item served in the restaurant.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t ask to have something cooked
differently!
Heritage Ranch staff cook largely from scratch. This means it’s
relatively easy to modify menu items on request to create healthier
dishes and accommodate special dietary needs. This means it’s
really your club, your way!
For example:
• Fish can be served blackened, sautéed
or fried.
• Chicken can be sautéed, and sauces
and gravies can be left off the plate.
• Salads can be custom-built to order,
and salads offered on the menu can be
modified on request to both exclude
ingredients or add other items if the
kitchen staff have them on hand.
• Burgers can be served with many dif-
ferent options to suit particular tastes. The amount of bread
can be reduced — to a half bun or even no bun — and can be
served with a different type of bread or even a wrap.
The Corral Grill switched to its latest menu at the end of August.
Hopefully you’ve enjoyed new items that tempted your taste buds
alongside your time-tested favorites. But if you don’t see a favorite
item on the menu, feel free to ask your server if the kitchen has the
time and ingredients to prepare it for you

Prime Rib Special every Sunday, Half-Price Wine on Fridays and
