1. Highlight opportunities ISM students have after graduation
2. Explain the college research and admissions process for

various regions - Europe, UK, US, Canada, Australia, Asia
3. Encourage parents and students to work closely with each

other and the HS counselors
4. Provide guidance for parents on how to support their young

adults through this process
5. Provide information on Testing, Gap Year, and Financial Aid

It can be stressful process

Be a good ISM community member, be supportive of each
other. Be kind. Remember one size does not fit all so be
mindful of how you talk about this process, your words do
matter.
Remember that some students don’t go straight to
university. Gap year, military service, work and internships.
