2019-20 has been a very successful year for Naukri Fast Forward and we're
proud to tell you all about it in this newsletter. We strive to exceed the client's

The Annual Recruiter Connect activity was initiated in Dec’19. In our endeavour to
stay updated and continuously improve the Resume Writing Product we continue to
meet Recruiters & Hiring Managers from different domains & industries. This year we
have already met Hiring Managers from Ericsson, William E Connor Associates, Tata
Mc Graw Hill, Quadrangle, DSP Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd. to name a few to gather
& validate relevant insights on resume trends (content and formats), and recruiter
expectations.
FY 2019-20 saw various initiatives taken by the QA team in enabling the Resume
Writers towards creating resumes with the right quality and enhancing client
satisfaction. Some of these included strengthening the foundation – a weekly QA
training for new members, rolling-out and orienting members on new SODs, and
conducting Domain Trainings. One-on-one sessions helped in strengthening
connect with roster members and improving their skills & confidence. QA Huddles
attuned the team on recurring gaps – qualitative & hygiene.
Extensive domain trainings conducted from Finance, HR, IT, SCM, Manufacturing, to
even Niche profiles. Process trainings organised on Effective Client Interactions, Irate
Client Handing & Escalation Management. Competency Grid was created and
training were rolled encompassing PDC/CDC/MMC Stage SOP Compliance.
Trainings for Freelancers were conducted focusing on NSWC complaints reduction.
Various employee engagement initiatives were taken comprising of Friday Fun,
Laughter Wednesday, Daily Nuggets – Domain Knowledge Enhancement Activity
and Weekly Contest with various parameters in QA and AMT. Customized measures
were taken during unusual situations like COVID-19 Pandemic which include work
from home activities like Joke of the day, Pic of the day, Daily Fun Activity and Friday
Fun – Team Activity.

TEAM SPOTLIGHT
This year, occasions on which Resdev grabbed the spotlight were the success
of the new Privilege Report service, which led Resdev to not only qualify for the
prestigious Merit Awards but also participate in the First Ever Showcase Event
organized by Info Edge. The “Personalized Privilege Services & Report for FF
Customers” Team won the Info Edge Merit Award in Gold Category. It was a
proud moment for all of us.
Personalized Privilege Services & Report For FF Customers comprising of
Operation Team, Customer Service Team and Product Team, came into
operations as a pilot project in July’2018
It was a proactive approach towards client servicing to improve the Net
Promoter Score for Naukri Fast Forward Display Services and to bridge
the gap between us and our customers
NPS improved from 70% to +21%
CSAT increased from 74% to 89%
Complaints reduced from 3.6% to 2.4%
Client base increased from 7K to 4K
