● Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM); This is when the supplier sell the items directly from his warehouse
instead of pre -shipping to Tospino warehouse. Selling items using the FBM method is beneficial for the
seller when the items being sold are exclusive to the seller ’s shop. This will build credibility of the
product and the online store. Using FBM is also beneficial for small volume businesses when the
shipping process does not become over whelming and possibly affect the standard expected by Tospino
and the customer.

● Fulfillment by Tospino (FBT); With FBT, you sell and we ship it. Tospino has one of the advanced
fulfillment networks in the world. With Fulfillment by Tospino (FBT), you store your products in
Tospino’s warehouse, we pick, pack, ship and provide customer service for these products. FBT can
help you scale your business and reach more customers.

Suppliers Customized Plan and Investment

● Business Type : Tospino welcome suppliers from all business types from store owners to enterprises,
from personal logo to international brands. As long as you want to start your business and try e -
commerce in Ghana, we are here at your service.

● Membership Fee: Tospino’s preferential membership fee for Ghanaian suppliers is USD 15 (Monthly) as a
standard package.

● Commission: After becoming a member, suppliers can start selling on Tospino, and Tospino will charge
8% to 10% commission based on the total order amount. The commission fee varies from category to
c a t e g o r y.

● Delivery Fee: Firstly, suppliers have an option to transport their merchandise to Tospino ’s warehouse as
stated above (FBT) or send items directly to buyer (FBM). FBT products, suppliers need to pay for the
delivery fee from their warehouse to Tospino warehouse in Accra. For FBM, supplier don’t have to pay
delivery fee to Tospino if it is fulfilled by other logistics.
