The design collection is inspired by the movie, The School for Good and Evil. The concept of the design is experimental wearable art which aims to bring an aesthetic vibe and freedom of expression. The target season for this collection is Fall/Winter 2024 that offered a women who are creative, fashionable and have a glamourous personality. The age averages between 23 to 40 years old. Xylem, the plant tissue cells, turned out to be the inspiration for the Xylemism design series. The beauty of xylem can only be seen under microscopic vision. The overgarment silhouette and hip style of appearance follows the theme of the design assortment. The line of clothing is a wearable art collection and also falls into Autumn and Winter 2023/2024 category. The key features for this collection are the overgarment silhouette, macrame application and unique printing design patterns that is inspired by the Xylem cells itself. MuHD Nour Design Statement The Design was originally taken from the famous musical theater Phantom Of The Opera, whereby the theater involves highbrow culture and Christian metaphors during the 1900 eras. Regalia Costume is a type of artisanal-wearable art- to-wear which describes most of the collection. It is specifically design and individually made to express romanticism and uniqueness also creativity through artistic techniques. The creative process involve trend and colour forecasting and cater to target markets intended which is male and female average age from 28-35 years old. There is a freedom to experiment with the use of fabrics and techniques and also from remnants to achieve designer’s artistic goals. The result of the creative process is a one-of-a-kind design that can only be made once and almost impossible to mass produce.
