Homes I collaborated closely with
Aylesworth Fleming to produce
a new set of corporate brand
guidelines for the company.
The first stage of the re-brand was
a refresh of the company logo. A
softer colour palette was used for
the new logo, giving the brand a
more sophisticated style, more in
keeping with the company’s product
and intended demographic.
The new design enabled associated
brand logos to be implemented
easily, keeping a consistent,
recognisable look throughout.

was used to provide consistency, cavalier green

Decking
A decked area can hide a multitude of sins
including uneven ground and poor soil and
doesn’t need to be expensive. However it
does need careful thought and planning.
It may seem obvious, but think about what
parts of your garden get the most sun.
There is nothing to say a decked area has
to be right next to the house (although it
does make the routing of power cables
easier).
Consider overhanging trees and shade and
long term cleaning. Old leaves can make an
area very slippery when wet and can badly
stain a surface if it’s not treated, or cleaned
regularly.
Think about using split levels, or a decked
walkway to create an interesting feature.

A new approach was required for
the signage at the Pynham Manor
and Royal Heights developments.
It was widely agreed a flat colour
print onto dibond would not do
justice to the vivid gold colour we
wanted to achieve, so instead the
signs were manufactured using gold
vinyl applied to gloss black dibond
background, creating a visually
stunning sales presence.
