3. Giffen goods: गिफे न वस्तु:

• Giffen goods are special types of inferior goods, whose
demand increase with rise in price and decrease with fall in
price.

• गिफे न वस्तहु रु एक प्रकारका कमसल वस्तहु रु हन्, जसको मलू ्य वृगदि हिँु ा माि
बढ्छ र मलू ्य घट्िा माि पगन घट्छ।

• All Giffen goods are inferior goods but all inferior goods are not
Giffen goods.

• सबै गिफे न वस्तहु रु कमसल वस्तहु रु हन भने सबै कमसल वस्तहु रु गिफे न वस्तु
होइनन।्

4. Substitute goods: प्रगतस्थापन वस्तु:

• Those goods are substitute goods which are used in
place of each other. In case of these goods, a rise in price of
one leads to a rise in the demand for the other and a fall in
price of one leads to a fall in the demand of the other.

• प्रगतस्थापन वस्तहु रु जसलाई एक अकानको सट्टामा प्रयोि िनन सककन्छ।
प्रगतस्थापन वस्तकु ा सन्िभमन ा, एउटा वस्तकु ो मूल्य बढ्िा अको वस्तकु ो
माि पगन बढ्न पगु ्छ भने एउटा वस्तुको मूल्य घट्िा अको वस्तुको माि
पगन घट्न पुग्छ।

5. Complementary goods: परु क वस्तु:

• Those goods are complementary goods which are jointly
used to satisfy a want. In case of these goods, a rise in price
of one leads to a fall in the demand for the other and a fall in
price of one leads to a rise in the demand of the other.

• पुरक वस्तुहरु त्यस्ता वस्तुहरु हन जसले संयुक्त रुपमा एउटा
आवस्यकतालाई सन्तुष्ट पािछन न। पुरक वस्तकु ा सन्िभनमा, एउटा वस्तकु ो
मूल्य बढ्िा अको वस्तुको माि घट्न पुग्छ भने एउटा वस्तुको मूल्य
घट्िा अको वस्तकु ो माि पगन बढ्न पगु ्छ।

6. Private goods: गनजी वस्तु:

• Private goods are those goods which are owned by private
individuals.

• गनजी क्षते ्र वा गनजी व्यगक्तहरुको स्वागमत्वमा भएका वस्तहु रुलाई गनजी वस्तु
भगनन्छ।

7. Public goods:. सावजन गनक वस्तु:

• Public goods are those goods which are common to all and
are owned by society collectively.

• सम्परू ्न समाज वा राज्यको स्वागमत्वमा भएका वस्तुहरुलाई सावजन गनक
वस्तु भगनन्छ।

8. Economic goods: आर्थनक वस्तु:

• Economic goods are those goods which are scarce and can be obtained
only on payment. Most of the things that people need to satisfy their
wants fall in this group. For example, cycle, motor-cycle, car, house,
food, clothes, computer, mobile etc.

• दलु भथ आपूनतथ भएका ि भुततानी गिेि मारै प्राप्त गनथ सककने वस्त्तलु ाई
आग्रर्कथ वस्त्तु भननधछ। माननसका आवस्त्यकता पिू ा गनकथ ा लाग्रग चाहहने
प्रायिः वस्त्तहु रू आग्रर्कथ वस्त्तु अधतगतथ पदथछन। उदाहिणका लाग्रग
साईकल, मोटिसाईकल, काि, घि, खाना, लुगा, कम्प्यटु ि, मोबाइल
ईत्यादी।

9. Free goods: गनशलु ्क वस्त:ु

• Free goods are those goods which exist in unlimited quantity and
people can have as much as they like without any payment. Free
goods are free gift of nature which people get free of cost. For
example: air, sunlight, land, forest etc.

• असीशमत आपूनतथ भएका ि माननसले भुततानी नगरिकन वा ननिःशलु ्क रूपमा
प्राप्त गनथ सतने वस्त्तलु ाई ननिःशलु ्क वस्त्तु भननधछ। माननसले ननिःशुल्क रूपमा
प्राप्त गने सबै प्राकृ नतक उपहािहरू ननिःशलु ्क वस्त्तहु रू हुन। उदाहिणका लाग्रग
हावा, घाम, भूशम, बन ईत्यादी।

उत्पािनका साधनहरुको पररियः

•Production refers to creation and
promotion of utility on goods and service
which creates or increases exchange value of
goods in market.

• वस्तु तथा सवे ामा गवगनमय मलू ्य सगहत उपयोगिताको श्रजृ ना
एवं अगभबृद्धी िने कायनलाई उत्पािन भगनन्छ।

Introduction to factors of production:
उत्पािनका साधनहरुको पररियः

•Utility created by changing the form, place or time.

• उपयोगिताको श्रृजना रुप, स्थान र समय पररवततन बाट हुन्छ।

•There are four factors of production: land, labour,
capital and organization.
•सामान्यतया भगू म, पुँगू ज, श्रम र सिं ठन िरी उत्पािनका िार
साधनहरु हन्छन।
